Sausage dip with Rotel tomatoes. With Fritos Scoops. Call it redneck caviar.
Grape salad with (more) cream cheese and pecans.
There was also cheesecake, which normally wouldn’t qualify as horrifying, but the sheer quantity of cream cheese this weekend despoiled an ordinarily divine cheesecake.
